Terms and Conditions for C&C Tee Shirts Subscription-Based Apparel Decorating Services

Welcome to C&C Tee Shirts! By subscribing to our apparel decorating services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the subscription-based apparel decorating services provided by C&C Tee Shirts ("we," "us," "our") to you ("you," "subscriber," "customer"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not subscribe or use our services.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different levels of service, including but not limited to [list plans, e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly subscriptions]. Each plan may include different features, quantities, or types of services, which will be outlined on our website and communicated at the time of subscription.

• Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least [15] days before the next renewal date. Renewal charges will be based on the subscription plan selected at the time of sign-up unless otherwise communicated.

3. Payment and Billing

By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fee as indicated during the sign-up process. Payments are due in advance for each billing period.

Billing Details:

• You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if payment cannot be processed.

• Any applicable taxes or fees will be added to your subscription fee, as required by law.

4. Service Delivery

Once your subscription is confirmed, we will begin processing your apparel decorating requests according to the terms of your plan.

Turnaround Time:

•  Estimated completion times will be provided at the time of order submission.

• Delays in production or delivery may occur, and we will notify you as soon as possible if such delays are expected.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Once a Cancellation is requested and processed, you ("you," "subscriber," "customer") will not be eligible to renew, re-subscribe or purchase the same Subscription unless approved by C&C Tee Shirts ("we," "us," "our").

Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for payments already processed, except in cases where services provided do not meet the agreed terms.

• Any cancellation or refund request should be made within 15 days of the billing cycle to be considered.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you are responsible for providing accurate design specifications, apparel details, and other relevant information. You agree not to submit any designs or content that infringe upon intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to reject any submission that we believe violates our policies or the law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will provide services to the best of our ability, but we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription service during the billing period in which the issue occurred.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
